Not held as stock - pre orders have to be in by Saturday at 4pm latest, for dispatch to happen the following Friday.
River shrimps - about 10-15 shrimps, depending on size.
Portion size is by mass, not quantity of shrimp. The biomass of shrimp is the same; the different number of shrimps per portion is due to the variance in size when harvesting.
