REFUNDS
Dry goods
Unopened dry goods can be returned as long as we are notified within 14 days of delivery by email: tony@coralpassion.co.uk
You will need to arrange appropriate insured postage to us at your expense.
Returned goods will also incur a 10% restocking fee.
Refunds will be returned to the same form of payment used, or if requested, store credit.
Any product that is not sealed (like rock, either dry or live) can not be returned, as we can not guarantee the quality to the next customer.
Products that are sealed in original undamaged packaging may sometimes be accepted as a return at the sole discretion of the manager, in exchange for store credit, with no restocking fee.
Custom made items will not be refunded, along with any special order non stock sizes and or items not commonly traded. Before ordering such items, we encourage you to think very carefully and avoid impulse buys.
