Its innovative formula helps loosen and soften debris, making removal by vacuuming or scraping much easier. This helps maintain a pristine and well-balanced marine environment.
For optimal aquarium health, it is important to manage unwanted substances that can accumulate over time. Clean Equation M supports a cleaner tank by working alongside proper filtration, skimming, and water changes. It also helps improve water clarity by clumping floating particles together, allowing them to be easily removed by filters. When combined with natural grazers like snails and crabs, it contributes to a more balanced aquarium.
Directions:
Keep away from children. Shake well before use. Ensure the aquarium has a stable biological filter and proper water circulation. Remove activated carbon and clean mechanical filters before use. For best results, use fine filter floss. Apply as follows per 50 gallons (190 L) of water:
Day 1 - Add 2.5 ml (1/2 capful)
Day 2 - Add 5 ml (1 capful)
Day 3 - Add 7.5 ml (1.5 capfuls)
Day 4 - Add 10 ml (2 capfuls)
Day 5 - Add 12.5 ml (2.5 capfuls)
Day 6 - Add 15 ml (3 capfuls)
For maintenance, use 7.5 ml (1.5 capfuls) every other day or as needed. Once treatment is complete, activated carbon can be reintroduced to filtration.
Additional Considerations:
Continue protein skimming during use. Clean Equation M works gradually and may require multiple applications to achieve a fully clean aquarium. Regular vacuuming, filter media replacement, and skimmer cup emptying will enhance results. Within a week, debris should begin loosening from surfaces for easier removal. Daily use may continue as needed for ongoing maintenance.
