This is a thick strain and high quality chaeto. It does not break up like some other chaeto strains. We grow this in our commercial retail facility and use it in our sumps for farming corals as part of our filter system. It will often come with various beneficial microfauna like amphipods, brittle starfish, bristle worms, copepods, spaghetti worms etc.
We will send one shotglass of cheato as pictured - note the 20p coin is for size/scale. This is enough to get you started, it will be sent in a sealed bag. Please note this will be compressed for postage and once received please loosen for better growth.
We have provided pictures of this growing in our filter systems and the coral trays that it helps keep in pristine condition.
Grows best in sump or algae reactor with good flow and good lighting.
